And I’m back! Huge thanks to Lainey and Chris for covering while I took a much-needed family vacay, and of course, to Dustin for the time off. The weather was freaking fantastic. I’ll probably still be talking about it when I’m in the nursing home. Moving on: If you’ve been seeing headlines or hot takes about Chris Rock comparing wokeness to the Salem Witch Trials, no one is more shocked than me to report that, actually, his remarks are pretty nuanced. Rock does not throw the baby out with the bath water, and he comes down on the side of Woke 1.0 being a good and necessary thing.
