All of Ed Sheeran's Openers Quit To Support Macklemore

Earlier today, Ed Sheeran tried his best to distance himself from the Macklemore debacle by laying the blame directly at Bob Kraft’s feet, which is exactly where it belongs. Make no mistake, and I said this yesterday, what Kraft did was astronomically stupid. This move did not give him a hand. — See what I did there? — For starters, Kraft looks like a coward for trying to censor Macklemore. He was so terrified of a differing opinion that he stomped his feet and demanded silence. Instead, Kraft got an out of control news story that’s continued to snowball. Case in point, for a moment there, Ed Sheeran had a sympathetic position. Acting on Kraft’s orders, the promoters stuck Sheeran between a rock and a hard place, and he had the livelihood of several people to consider. That’s no small thing. However, that became way less of a concern when every single opener walked from the tour to protest Kraft’s chickens**t demand to have Macklemore fired. Things are looking real awkward for Ed now.
