Steve Carell Plays a Tech Douchebag in Jesse Armstrong's 'Succession' Follow-Up

Jesse Armstrong, the seven-time Emmy winning creator of Succession, is not straying too far from the subject material that made him famous with Mountainhead: Wealthy douchebags. In the HBO film, a group of billionaire friends get together against the backdrop of a rolling international crisis that they may have helped create and, basically, indifferently watch the world burn from atop a ski mountain while wondering how they can get even more rich from it.

It stars Steve Carell, Jason Schwartzman, Cory Michael Smith, and Ramy Youssef. The pic was written and directed by Armstrong, and will premiere on HBO on May 31st.
