Reddit Asks the Question: 'What’s Your ‘Don’t Knock It ‘Til You Try It’ Life Hack?'

'Bulgarian split squats.' That's always my answer whenever someone asks any kind of question around quick life hacks. To expand on that a little, I've found that whenever I'm in a situation where I feel stress levels rising, or life in general just becoming overwhelming in the moment, I take a second to take a deep breath, get up, walk to the nearest suitable surface, and do a quick round of Bulgarian split squats. Each leg to failure, nice and slow, focusing on breathing and posture. It never fails to put at least somewhat engage the brakes on the mind's runaway train that can otherwise lead to catastrophic impact.
