Andy Byron is the CEO of Astronomer. I don’t know who that is, or what that company is. However, today, Andy Byron is famous for all the wrong reasons.
During a Coldplay concert in Boston last night, the Jumbotron (allegedly) spotted Byron with (allegedly) Kristin Cabot, who is Astronomer’s Chief People Officer. I think that means she’s the head of HR. What she is not, however, is Andy Byron’s wife. And he is not Kristin Cabot’s husband.
And when they’re spotted by Coldplay on the Jumbotron, instead of casually playing it cool and hoping no one makes a deal out of it, they immediately attempt to hide from the camera. And Coldplay lead singer Chris Martin savagely notes, “Either they’re very shy or they’re having an affair.”

People! If you are having affairs, the last place you should go is somewhere with 50,000 other people, Jumbotron or not. Reportedly, Byron’s wife is a teacher, and now she not only has to deal with the humiliation of her husband being caught on camera with another woman, but the rumors that are probably swirling around her school today.
