This week has been brutal. Need a break from the news and the nastiness? American Ninja Warrior is that reprieve, delivering the wonderful nonsense of a T-Rex running their intense obstacle course.

Oh did you think his tiny arms would be a problem? Don’t underestimate the T-Rex. Unless it’s regarding this dinosaur’s natural enemy, the push-up.
