and what the Guardians sequel is officially titled…
I did offer the option: Guardians of the Galaxy: Another Movie with Them https://t.co/ZdVKhPabc1

no, not that! This:
The official name of the film is Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. https://t.co/rfRaYgQ6So

But, why?

Vol. 2 had its first table read about a week ago,
The director also confirmed the great amount of freedom Marvel gives him…
As I’ve said a million times before Marvel hasn’t given me a single non-budgetary restriction on Vol. 2. I love them https://t.co/4F2n2ySHOO

and Gunn doesn’t put up with anybody’s bullshit; not even Yondu’s.
Yondu looks pissed.
Dude, you’re Yondu!
That’s better. All for one and one for all…and all that.
We’ll be back with the cast announcements as soon as they’re released; Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 begins shooting this month, and slams into theaters May 5, 2017.
