Late Night TV Will Tell You Everything Important That Happened In The Debate

Hey guys, how’s everyone doing? Y’all have a good Monday night? Anything particularly incendiary or rageful happen?

Yeah, I’m going to level with you; I didn’t watch the debate. I know I should have. I know it means I missed out on an awesome liveblog, and that I’m not an engaged citizen. I can defend myself with only three facts:

1) I can no longer stomach this nonsense.

2) I truly believe there was no informational value to be gained by watching the debates.

3) The seventh season premiere of Shameless was made available on YouTube and Hulu, and if I’m going to watch something horribly depressing, I want it to be pretty.

Also, I was fairly certain that the overall substance and any important highlights of the debate would be covered by all of my favorite late night hosts (except for Oliver and Bee who will be hitting us with their hottakes later in the week). I was not let down. Starting with the best way to prepare for the shitshow debate.

But for the actual debate itself, we had to head to network TV.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Weird. Huh. Well, anyway, and finally:
