Do you have the urge to growl at trick or treaters who darken your doorstep in the most terrifying way possible? When sharing a tender moment with your loved ones, do you wish there was a more aggressive-sounding way to let them know that they’re your sun and stars? Have you ever longed for a language with no word for ‘thank you’? Well, your dreams are about to come true!

Linguist David Petersen has been keeping a blog about his experiences creating languages for Game of Thrones and has published information about the language and its structure before, but this is the first full course available for purchase. You can learn more at the Living Languages website. Tragically, there doesn’t seem to be an option that includes Jason Momoa as a personal tutor.

Fingers crossed that the Valyrian version comes out soon, because when I went as Daenerys for Halloween last year I tried to memorize most of her Astapor speech just from watching the video over and over again. I would not recommend it.
