The trailer for the 2014 Austrian film, Goodnight Mommy, was one of the creepiest we have ever seen, and the movie itself proved even more f**ked up than the trailer portended. If you haven’t seen it (here’s the spoiler review), you can now watch it in English. With Naomi Watts.

Truthfully, now that it’s in English, at least I know what it’s about instead of simply watching a series of creepy-as-hell sequences. It’s about a pair of twins whose mom wears bandages over her face, and their mom may not be who they believe she is. Knowing sort of demystifies it, but I’ll grant that the trailer is still fairly effective.

Goodnight Mommy premieres on Prime Video on September 16th.
