I don’t know if you watched any of the livestream on social media today, but there was a goddamn concert held before the introduction of the F9 trailer. That’s how serious this business is. It’s here now, and you don’t have to watch the concert to see it. John Cena is in it as the evil brother of Vin Diesel’s character, Dom. Dom has a kid, and there are rocket-powered cars and magnet planes and Charlize Theron is pulling the villain strings.
Also, Han is back. And alive. Somehow. I mean, If they can use cables to slingshot a car from one cliff to another, then Han can still be alive, right? It makes perfect sense.
