Hot on the heels of his work in Olivia Wilde’s Don’t Worry Darling, Harry Styles — formerly of some British boy band — is also staring in Amazon Studios’ adaptation of Bethan Roberts’ book My Policeman. Does this mean Harry’s a Movie Star now? Is he the coveted Triple Threat? Actor, singer, dancer? Does he dance? He looks like he’d be great on the dance floor. Maybe Fashion Influencer is his third threat. He sure does know how to look sharp in basically anything.
The logline from Amazon reads, in part:
…My Policeman charts a love triangle set four decades apart between policeman Tom (Harry Styles/Linus Roache), teacher Marion (Emma Corrin/Gina McKee) and museum curator Patrick (David Dawson/Rupert Everett).
Directed by Michael Grandage (Genius and National Theatre Live: King Lear), My Policeman will be available in select theaters starting on October 21st. It will begin streaming on Amazon Prime on November 4th.
