I’ve been singing the praises of the wild teen comedy/holiday musical/zombie horror movie Anna and the Apocalypse since it made its world premiere last fall at Fantastic Fest. Its story follows a pack of high school friends who sing, dance, and fight through a zombie apocalypse that’s come in time for Christmas.

Orion Pictures is readying this weird and wonderful genre-mash-up for its holiday theatrical release. To celebrate, they’ve got a new trailer. And hey, there’s a name in those critics pullquotes Pajiba readers might recognize.

If you like your horror “totally bonkers” and “extraordinarily entertaining”, you’ll want to see Anna and the Apocalypse when it hits theaters this winter. It’s coming to select theaters November 30, expanding nationwide December 7.
