Michael Shannon Reveals WTF Detail in 'Batman vs. Superman'

As you’ve probably seen in the trailer for Batman vs. Superman, Michael Shannon will return in the form of a corpse. This is not a spoiler. The form in which he will return may be a spoiler, because Michael Shannon revealed a bizarre detail about his return in an interview with Vulture when he explained how inconvenient it was for him to go to the restroom:

“I was in my costume, and I couldn’t use my fingers because in the sequel I have flippers instead of hands. So I had these wax flippers on my fingers, and I couldn’t open the door, and I could hear Zack [Snyder, the director] being like, ‘Where’s Shannon? Where the f**k is he?’ and the whole crew was standing around. I was like, knocking on the door with my flippers, ‘Let me out of here!’”

Wait, what? What?! Come again:

I was like, knocking on the door with my flippers, ‘Let me out of here!’”

Flippers.

What are you doing, Snyder?
