If you’re a fan of comedian Tig Notaro (and you are, right? RIGHT?), you may have been wondering if she was ever going to bit the bullet and join Twitter so that we could have access to her strange, funny brain more easily and often. Well, good news! She finally did it. Sort of. Mostly. I mean, she DID start an account. But she’s letting us know right off the bat that she has no plans to actually use the account. Instead, she’s passing the actual tweeting part of Twitter over to her various funny friends.
Yes, every day from now until theAugust 22nd premiere of Tig’s HBO special, Boyish Girl, a different one of Tig’s friends will take over her Twitter account. Because, again, she really, really doesn’t want to do it.
