Color me as confused as Rebecca (and most of the world) about Fox News’ Stacey Dash appearing as the Oscar’s Minority Outreach Program Director, and afterwards, things only got curiouser and curiouser. Saying she thinks people were “awestruck” by her…stunt, Dash immediately followed the appearance with a backstage live mean tweet read. Frankly, it makes about as much sense as anything else she does.
“I do what I do because I wanna do it, because I believe in it, and it has nothing to do with race. And I wish you would stop saying that. Everything I do is because I believe in it. And I believe we are all equal. Okay. And I don’t feel inferior, nor do I feel superior. You should stop feeling that way, too; that’s my suggestion. And I’m very happy about what I did, and I’m proud of it.”

You know how Chrome has that new Drumpfinator extension? Someone needs to get on the Dashtranslator.
