Heidi Klum is one of the undisputed queens of Halloween. Her commitment to the season has forced a ton of celebrities to up their game. Sorry, your sexy pizza dress just isn't gonna cut it anymore. But even with renewed competition from the likes of Janelle Monae, Klum's no-holds-barred costumery is in a class of its own. She goes big and she goes grotesque, whether it's that hyper-real worm outfit or the uncanny recreation of Jessica Rabbit that was more cartoony than the real thing. This is what we want rich people spending their money on, okay?!
She likes to be grotesque, and it seems that this year could be one of her most stomach-churning efforts yet.

I will be really surprised if this costume isn't something related to The Substance. These clues scream Monstro Elisasu, and you know that Heidi would relish being in that make-up. I've seen someone suggest that it could be Vecna from Stranger Things but I don't remember him having this kind of, ah, intestinal decoration. Another commenter wondered if it was something more generically themed to an autopsy, which would also be Heidi-esque.
Me? I'm just gonna wear the same Louise Belcher outfit I've worn every Halloween for three years now. If it ain't broke...
