Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville got candid about her recent health and legal goings-on during an interview with ET at the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center grand opening event this weekend. Based on what she said, she should make an appointment.

“Last time we spoke at the start of the year you were ready to reclaim your life. How are you feeling now, a few months into the year?” Brice Sander asked Glanville, who hesitated a moment, took a deep breath, and then said, “Um … I feel sad.”

“I feel sad that I—Bravo allowed me to be hung out to dry and go through everything that I went through with my health before they said something to vindicate me,” she clarified, referring to the legal battle she’s currently involved in with former Real Housewives of New Jersey star Caroline Manzo, who claimed that Glanville sexually assaulted her in 2023 during filming of the as-yet unaired Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Morocco season. Glanville has vehemently denied the allegations since they surfaced.

Manzo claims that producers and crew members witnessed the alleged event and that she spoke to people in charge afterward, and nothing was done. Since then, an executive producer has said publicly that Manzo told her she felt “disrespected” by Glanville at the time, but did not use the word “violated.”

When asked about this development, Glanville interrupted Sander to say, “I can’t, because everything makes me so mad. Have you watched Housewives? I just—I can’t, right now. It’s just been hard with them knowing my health was going bad, and like, all of it…I still, like—I’m not back to normal.”

“You think someone cares about you, and then you’re just a storyline,” she added.

When asked if she thinks the season will “ever see the light of day,” she said, “I have no idea,” but that she wished it “would have aired when it was supposed to air” because then “none of this would have happened,” implying that the footage would have vindicated her.

“I think everything happens for a reason and … I want to know the reason. I’m still waiting for that reason.”

“It’s a lot of responsibility on Bravo and NBC and Universal for not properly taking care of their reality stars,” she said of the mounting lawsuits against the networks. She added that her own lawsuit was “headed to mediation.”

But she hasn’t given up on reality TV stardom yet, and when she returns she wants it to be on something more “iconic” than Housewives.

“Hopefully, this will turn everything around, and I will get, you know, the right show,” she said. But for now, she’s “still on antibiotics,” which she claims is the cause of her swollen-looking face (read: it’s not fillers) and she’s having dental work done, because she “always” is.

Her most recent TV stint was season 2 of The Traitors, where she didn’t last long but showed some surprising promise for as long as she did. I don’t know where you go after that. House of Villains?

Sounds to me like she should take a few years off to get over whatever the hell is going on with her. But if I know Brandi Glanville, she won’t.
