Benedict Cumberbatch was on The Graham Norton Show again last night and every minute of it was golden, as always.
Here’s Mr.Cumberbatch revealing that he doesn’t know the collective noun for his fans anymore, desperately trying to dodge questions about whether or not he’s in the new Star Wars, and showing off his prodigious voice acting skill which causes Miranda Hart to have uncomfortable feelings about a dragon. Oh, and he tries to say the word “penguin” again.
Here is comedian Miranda Hart talking about how people walk and, around the two minute mark, showing off her “Beyonce Walk” which she then invites Cumberbatch to try. Results are mixed, though there is a shoulder shimmy involved!
And here he is meeting the wax version of himself and then photobombing it.
I honestly have nothing critical to say here. I far prefer this version of Cumberbatch to the Sherlock version. His easy humor and charm make him seem like an absolute delight to be around and I would never say the same thing for his version of Sherlock no matter how well he may wear a scarf. Intriguing to watch, yes; fun to be around, no.
