In the newest X-Men movie that everyone’s super uncomfortable about seeing given recent events, we follow some hot young mutants, and also flash forward to their more agéd selves. A major difference, you may notice, is Charles Xavier’s serious lack of wheelchair in his younger days. Well, this newly released, mildly spoilery scene addresses the events that led to that development. It’s not the spoileriest of spoilers; there’s talk of “treatment” and a “she,” and there’s a lot of yelling.
