Initially, I was kind of annoyed that Jimmy Fallon had spun off his Lip Sync battles on The Tonight Show into a completely new series (for Spike) because I had feared that the novelty of seeing celebrities would quickly wear off. Based on the first extended trailer for it — which sees Anna Kendrick being joined by Jennifer Lopez and John Krasinski stripping down to a dress for a Tina Turner number — I actually can’t wait to see it. It looks incredibly fun, and I am fairly certain that Krasinski could have a second career doing this.
The Rock doing Taylor Swift ain’t so bad, either.
The series debuts on April 2nd.
