I Have a Very Confusing Erection*

This is such a complete animal mindfuck that it warrants its own video post. It’s an ad for Orangina, and after you watch it, you’ll never be the same again.

But you might be really thirsty.

Wha? Wha? Wha? Whaaaaa?

Posted by: grace b at November 30, 2010 3:53 PM

THIS is what happens when people start to show tolerance for furries. It leads to THIS. Are you happy NOW?!?

Posted by: MelBivDevoe at November 30, 2010 3:55 PM

Uhhh . . .

I don't . . . ummm . . . hmph. Did you see the, uhhh, panda . . . or the, ummm, tail . . . errr . . .

Shit. Now I have to cancel my zoo trip this weekend or I'm gonna end up on the news.

Apparently there is LSD in my coffee again. Because no way did that just happen.

Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom sure has changed from when I was a kid.

Posted by: admin at November 30, 2010 4:02 PM

Oh my dear godtopus. There's no way I'll ever unsee that! Just..gah! I will have to forward that link to maximize the damage then, I hope you're happy you sick bastards!

Apparently there is LSD in my coffee again. Because no way did that just happen.

THAT'S where I left it!!! Always leavin' my psychotropics layin' around like some woolheaded antelope rapist.

And that'll be $20, TK.

Posted by: Kballs at November 30, 2010 4:06 PM

What.
The.
FUCK.
was that?
(gotta say, I'd be the bear in the locker-room, though [gay innuendo (nttawwt) not applicable].)

Posted by: Rykker at November 30, 2010 4:07 PM

(wash away the horror...)

Posted by: midas89 (heavy) at November 30, 2010 4:12 PM

Whee! So wrong, on so many levels, that it's hamster-crushingly hilarious. Only in France can one take an orange-flavored soft drink and make it so blatantly sexual.

And furry, at that!

Posted by: The Wanderer at November 30, 2010 4:15 PM

...so... Who wants to take bets on how fast the rise in reported beastiality cases in France there will be thanks to this ad?
...I know jM is all over the panda action, but I thought she was mostly restrained to China.

Posted by: SPAGHATTA NADLE (formerly popejenn) at November 30, 2010 4:16 PM

Please forgive my voice. I'm a little horse this morning.

Posted by: Tracer Bullet at November 30, 2010 4:19 PM

It wasn't that Baaaaad ...

Posted by: The Wanderer at November 30, 2010 4:22 PM

Hmmm. I didn't notice anything strange.

[walks off whistling]

Posted by: jM at November 30, 2010 4:35 PM

Ahhh. Sweet bestiality. Among my favorite -ialities.

Posted by: Lindsey with an 'e' at November 30, 2010 4:42 PM

Salaciously washing the car isn't helping her cause but it's hard not to look like a whore in leopard print even at the best of times. The locker room bear is kind of hot in the same way that the beast from Beauty and the Beast is kind of hot. I'm not the only weirdo, Belle falls in love with him.

I majored in marketing, and I remember having to watch hours of commercials with no program breaks in between, and then analyze which ads were good and which ones were not. In the end, the ads that made you remember their product were the successful ones. I challenge any of you to forget what you just saw.

Posted by: BWeaves at November 30, 2010 4:54 PM

I challenge any of you to forget what you just saw.

Believe me. I'm trying. Would you be a dear and hand me that shotgun over there?

Posted by: Paultera at November 30, 2010 5:07 PM

French people are weird.

Posted by: MM at November 30, 2010 5:18 PM

It's called "Interspecies Erotica" fuckos!

Posted by: Groundloop at November 30, 2010 5:29 PM

Would you be a dear DEER and hand me that shotgun over there?

--fixed it for you, Paultera.

Posted by: SPAGHATTA NADLE (formerly popejenn) at November 30, 2010 5:31 PM

Yeah, thanks for fixing that fowl. Now someone give me the gun or owl go bat shit loon-y. Oh no. Tits hippo-ed already.

Posted by: Paultera at November 30, 2010 5:47 PM

what the fuuuuuuuu *brain explodes*

Posted by: Lindsay at November 30, 2010 7:07 PM

Gotta give them props for including the gay lion. At least they're being inclusive.

Posted by: DotnStopNow at November 30, 2010 7:35 PM

Posted by: Simon at November 30, 2010 4:50 PM

Oh. My. God.

That is EVEN MORE AMAZING. Simon, I owe you a debt of gratitude, sir. (Or madam. It's so hard to tell here.)

Posted by: Anna von Beav at November 30, 2010 7:48 PM

Geez. I've been in France for the last six months, and these commercials have been haunting my ass the entire time...I've only caught three or four of them, so now i know that i've dodged a bit of a bullet...guess i need to watch even less french tv than i do now.

PS - Torchwood in French is a total headtrip to someone with a fairly elementary grasp on the language. I'm horribly confused half the time, and I've already seen the entire run in English, so I ostensibly know what's going on. At least it's still named Torchwood.

Posted by: munkymack at November 30, 2010 8:24 PM

Oooh. Wow. Um. It is memorable, and, uh, titillating, and beyond that I'm lost. Not lost on the concept, but lost in regard to what exactly is going on in my mind in response.....wow.

Posted by: Edwina the Magnificent at November 30, 2010 10:15 PM

And in the video linked by Simon, the dancing doe has spots and is therefore underage. Perv.

Posted by: Edwina the Magnificent at November 30, 2010 10:19 PM

After watching this, I went to youtube to watch other Orangina commercials. The French are crazy, lol.

Posted by: catgrl333 at November 30, 2010 10:29 PM

Confusing erection fixed.

New problem? Self-loathing due to the arduous elimination of said
erection, involving a continuous loop of the above video.

...

Um...

...

That and a Snuggie that can never, ever be used again.

...

Ever.

Posted by: Skitz at November 30, 2010 11:17 PM

I tried to find the clip, but had no success. The only thing that kept this from scaring me was some European cell phone commercial with a blue rhino dancing in a thong trying to sell the phone. I don't remember shit about the phone company.

Posted by: Nicolae at November 30, 2010 11:55 PM

WTF was that? I'm a little freaked out and may need a hug. From a human male. Except for Skitz. Anyone who would abuse a snuggie like that I'm not sure I want a hug from.

Posted by: trixie at December 1, 2010 2:18 AM

It's called "Interspecies Erotica" fuckos!

That really takes me back...

Posted by: Uda at December 1, 2010 4:04 AM

That is EVEN MORE AMAZING. Simon, I owe you a debt of gratitude, sir. (Or madam. It's so hard to tell here.)

Anna von Beav - you're welcome. For clarification, I'm both male AND human. Not that it matters much round these parts...

I should like to make clear for the record, that's not a video I have bookmarked. They showed it on some TV show here a while back, and the memory has been so very very difficult to suppress.

Posted by: Simon at December 1, 2010 4:27 AM

Fucking brilliant.

Posted by: The Mudshark at December 1, 2010 7:01 AM

Dibs on the giraffe.

Posted by: , at December 1, 2010 11:12 AM

These ...things... have been all over the place in France for months (admittedly, Orangina pretty much comes out of the taps in France), which is where I've been for months, trying to shore up my sanity against bikini'd giraffes. They're so ubiquitous I fear it's not just an ad campaign but a full-scalre rebrand; can that really be possible?

Posted by: scarecrowprophet at December 1, 2010 12:18 PM

Yup, ditto munkymack, scarecrowprophet, saw a bunch of these in the summer, while vacationing in Paris, and not just for Orangina, either. I too have been wondering what the hell was going on. I mean, everyone knows the French are a bit trippy, but this adds a whole new dimension to the batshit cuh-razy.

Posted by: Kateshi Rinkichiku at December 2, 2010 6:22 AM

Something tells me Jack Donaghy doesn't know of these commercials...

Wait, did any of the Furries even drink the stuff in the ad?

Posted by: RobP at December 2, 2010 10:08 AM

Sweet Jeeeeeesus Christ on a bike!!! What the fuck was that?!? My brain needs a good scrubbing now.

Posted by: Ilmarien at December 2, 2010 4:09 PM
