You're making me jealous. I love Fran Drescher. I am not sure how the voice and laugh would work for another person without the Nanny's sassy, yet heartfelt and sincere substance.

It was kind of charming the first six months, the next year I was occasionally annoyed but barely noticed. Now, after almost two years of day in and day out Drescheritude? Gilbert Godfrieds laugh is so bad it actually works, but Miley's laugh is the fakest laugh I've ever heard. I've heard Dick Cheney seminars that were more honest.

I don't really think you can count the last two, as they both have such annoying voices, that it is a given that their laughs are awful. For that matter, Myle Cyrus has a pretty annoying voice as well. It is much funnier, and more annoying, when someone has an average or nice voice and then breaks into an annoying laugh.
