If a Woman Can't Escape Judgement for Dressing as a Slutty Mouse On Halloween, We Have Failed as a Society
Erm... the third picture is not BTS of Harry Potter, it's BTS of a Barely Political parody on Youtube. The file name even SAYS it.https://www.youtube.com/watch?...
Hahaha I didn't know what this was from, but I did think it awfully odd to have BTS photos of the stand-ins...
A gaggle of geeseA pride of lionsA murder of crowsA snoot of Hermiones
How did I miss that tarted up Ginny Weasley? The canary skirt and blouse aren't the tart, it's the 'adult' makeup job that looks like it was trowled on by the 5th Avenue Sidewalk Mistresses.
Dan Radcliffe looks seconds away from twerking away in that first picture.
GET ON THAT, INTERNET.
I want to go there.
Rupert Grint boob shot is kinda hot, in a let me cut you, kind of way. (I have no idea what I mean by that.)
/me steps back slowly and lets therapy frog take over
Rupert Grint looks exactly like my little brother and I dislike seeing him all pale with red on him. But how cute is Voldemort, seriously?
I remember every moment of this series except this photo: http://www.pajiba.com/images/2... What is going on there?(edit: or is this just them fooling around around the set, not actually on the set? sorry, I'm slow today)
One possibility is that this is from a stills shoot for marketing or some such.
I hope someone knows, because that one's got me as well.
I did some google image searching on my own when no one else commented, and found this: http://www.louish.com/2011/04/...
I don't think this is actually from the set. It's too hard to tell from the resolution available if these are the actual actors from the movie. I think someone was just having fun.
GOD, even Ginny's behind-the-scenes photo is boring.
GINNY IS THE RILEY FINN OF THE HARRY POTTER SERIES.
Was...was that a Buffy reference?
Yes it was, my young Potential. Riley is apparently a polarizing figure around these parts.
Only in the films, though. Book Ginny is awesome.
Book Ginny is definitely the better of the two, but I don't think I'd go so far as "awesome". She's described a few times as "an exceptionally powerful witch for her age", but we don't get to see enough of that for me to think much of her. I've always been a bit annoyed at how hamfistedly she was shoved forwards as Harry's love interest near the end. I think Harry always wanted to be part of the Weasley family, and that was his "in".
What, Bat-Bogey Hexes don't count now?
No, they don't, and you're right. I want to like Ginny, I really, really do, but mostly the actual liking just refuses to happen.
So what you're saying is that Harry is the Laurie to the Weasleys' Marches? Did I even say that right? gah. Doesn't matter... we just drew a parallel between Harry Potter and Little Women. My day is complete.
You deserve way more up-votes for this.
Impeccable timing - I just decided a few weeks ago to re-read the whole series and I just got to the part where Ron got splinched in the woods. ::sigh:: I just... I don't care. They're so good and I loved these photos.
I re-read the series every year. So great. Except now I scream FORESHADOWING every other page.
Although... Not a single Neville Longbottom shot. Opportunity: WASTED.
