I don’t know about everyone else, but I’m having the worst time with sleep right now. Instead of the refreshing, rejuvenating experience that it’s meant to be it’s become a fraught hopscotch through a muddied minefield. Instead of hours spent diligently repairing itself and gathering the energies needed to grow and learn and to face another day the di**head brain inside my head has taken up hobbies like of constant waking, anxiety dreams, and bouts of insomnia. And it’s every damn night. All the hits, all the time. A veritable smörgåsbord of unwelcome nighttime visitors. At this point a horror movie-style malevolent presence would be a welcome interruption to the banal procession of grinding psychofu**ery.

But hey, at least the celebrities are okay!
