People think Rick and Morty fans are devoted because they drove 100s of miles and had freakouts for McDonald’s Schezuan Sauce. They don’t know devotion. Devotion is being a The Venture Bros. fan, loving the show that deigns to release a handful of new episodes every few YEARS. Seriously, the first season aired in 2003. It’s FIFTEEN YEARS LATER, and finally season 7 is primed to debut.
Considering the season six finale hit just over two years ago, this is news so surprising that I assumed it was a prank. But lookit! A clip from the season seven premiere:
Check out this NEW clip from Season 7 of Venture Bros.

The clip features Hank Venture spying on his new girlfriend, a mob boss’s daughter who takes no shit and can breathe underwater because this girl’s got gills. Mob boss Wide Whale is worried about the Blue Morpho, the new alter-ego of the Monarch, credited for killing a whole slew of villains from the League of The Guild of Calamitous Intent. So, things seem to be picking up hot on the heels of season six.
Aaaaaaand apparently I missed the teaser trailer that dropped during San Diego Comic-Con.
Man. I’ll always winge about the time it takes to get a new season, but I’ll never not drool in giddy anticipation as soon as a trailer drops. GO TEAM VENTURE!
