Rachel Leviss Claims Tom Sandoval Made Her ‘An Unwilling Porn Star’ In Ongoing Lawsuit

To recap: the Vanderpump Rules cheating scandal known as Scandoval broke when Ariana Madix found a video of their mutual friend Rachel (then Raquel) Leviss masturbating, on the phone of her now-ex Tom Sandoval. The video was a recording of a FaceTime call between Sandoval and Leviss, who had been having a secret affair for months at that point.

In February Leviss sued both Sandoval and Madix for the alleged distribution of the aforementioned video, calling it revenge porn. Sandoval immediately responded, calling the lawsuit an attempt to “rebrand herself as the victim” in the affair. He claims that the recording was consensual and that it was shared willingly on the part of Leviss.

Leviss’ lawyers have now responded to Sandoval’s complaints by saying, “Sandoval’s response in the face of irrefutable evidence that will be presented in court is disturbing. Leveraging such claims for media attention and perpetuating victim-blaming is not just deplorable but actionable.”

“Sandoval engaged in conduct sufficiently despicable to warrant punitive damages … Sandoval is alleged to have surreptitiously recorded sexually explicit videos of [Leviss] without her knowledge or consent, in effect turning Plaintiff into an unwilling porn star and gravely invading her right to privacy.”

Madix’s role in all this is a little more fuzzy. She has also filed for a dismissal, and claims she did not distribute any videos of Leviss, but instead used her phone to record the recording she found on Sandoval’s phone, and sent that recording to Leviss to confront her, but then Sandoval deleted that recording. Leviss’ lawyers called Madix’s motion to dismiss “laughable” and her description of events a “fairytale account.” They further claim that she is still in possession of the alleged recording of a recording.

The next court date for this whole mess is scheduled for July 11th. Honestly, I think they all deserve to pay damages to each other so we can be done with this.
