Lindsay Hubbard Says Carl Radke Called Producers to Film Breakup After ‘Summer House’ Season Wrapped

Lindsay Hubbard spoke to Us Weekly on Wednesday about her breakup with Summer House costar Carl Radke.

“He blew up my entire life. I was crying, I was angry and I had to find closure on my own. Now I’m at a place where I feel really good about moving on,” she said, calling the whole thing “humiliating” and claiming that they’d only had “a couple of arguments” before Radke called it off on camera this past summer.

“Every couple has normal arguments, but nothing that would’ve been so drastic as to break up. It was literally the last two weeks of summer that his demeanor and tone changed. There was a lot of combativeness and aggression on his end, and I was very confused.”

She then threw suspicion on the circumstances of the split, saying, “It would’ve been one thing if this conversation happened over the summer during the normal filming schedule. But for [Carl] to call up producers and then set up cameras and manipulate me into sitting down [so he could break up with me] after we’d already wrapped is scary.”

I’m not gonna say I told you so…but…sounds like Carl was trying to take a page out of the Scandoval playbook.

She confirmed that she is selling her engagement ring to “make up for all the lost money on the wedding,” and that she is still living in the New York City apartment that she and Radke previously shared, while Radke is “basically homeless” according to their costar Kyle Cooke.

“I will never give up on love. I have a very big heart; I’m not going to shut myself off from somebody else who would appreciate it,” she concluded.

Yeah, but maybe take it slow next time, babe.
