Am I proud of this very silly headline? Yes. (Publisher’s Note: You should not be.)
Am I worried that it means none of you have bothered to click on the post? Not at all! Because if you’re reading this (and you, objectively, are, at this point), then you have already clicked, and for that I thank you!
In the meantime, an important announcement for those of you who like to watch along with us as we go into rewatch mode: we’re beginning Twin Peaks: The Return next week! We’ll be watching two episodes per week, so it’ll be a couple months of rewatching (or watching, for me and Dustin) over the summer!
As for this week’s show, you already have a sense of what we discussed, and yet there are two other shows I couldn’t work in without making it even more ungainly: 9-1-1 and Hacks!
But it was a week of many returning shows for Dustin, as he was excited to share his opinions on returning champion shows like Evil and Trying, as well as his final thoughts on Outer Range (which Dustin definitely did not call Yellowstone, what even are you talking about). He also got into the new Netflix series Tires, which he seems to have enjoyed less.
We also discussed some regular and semi-regulars, namely the latest Doctor Who, as well as the finales of The Jinx and Survivor 46, which managed to keep some amount of chaos through the end of the season.
Podjiba! The only podcast (maybe) that will soon watch Twin Peaks: The Return for fun and profit, can be found anywhere podcasts are available, including below!
