After last week’s technical issues (sorry!) we’re back with another episode of Podjiba! (Number 273, for those of you keeping score at home.)
And was I watching the Dodgers-Blue Jays game while we were recording? Maybe! But as it turns out, I probably could have taken a break, given that the game went for several hours after we finished recording.
Anyway, we do briefly talk about the World Series (mostly the insane “halftime show” that they put together during Game 2), but we also get to a lot of television still!
For example, we’re both watching the two most fun/weird conspiracy-unraveling shows around, in The Chair Company and The Lowdown, and Dustin reminded us that Welcome to Derry has started on HBOMax. Meanwhile, we also try to figure out what’s going on with this season of Survivor (which we’re obviously going to keep up with, even though it hasn’t exactly been the most exciting season so far), and we end with another installment of Tori’s Anime Corner, where she’s been watching Apothecary Diaries on Vosa’s recommendation, so thank you Vosa!
