This week’s show may sound slightly different: specifically, I tested out our recording service’s auto-trim feature to limit the filler words and long pauses. Did it make us sound better? Or did I just accidentally let the computer alter what we were saying inadvertently? We’ll probably never know. But this episode already has way more editing than normal. If you like it better/worse/the same, let us know!
As for the actual show, a pretty standard set of shows presented by your hosts: Tori talks The Boys (with a set of cameos that might even bring me back) and Daredevil. Then, we all talk last week’s Survivor (and perhaps most importantly, get an update on Dustin’s name order from Coach). Then a bit about some of the newer shows (Widow’s Bay and Margo’s Got Money Troubles on AppleTV, plus Man On Fire on Netflix) from the past few weeks!
Next week (only because I just remembered about it this week): Twenty Twenty Six (the hit sequel to W1A, which was the hit sequel to Twenty Twelve). I think it’s available in the UK (or in places that may provide UK shows that are not streaming currently in the US).
