Well, well, well, Dustin.
With Survivor 50 now over and a new winner crowned, I happened to go back to see what Dustin had to say about the winner when the cast was announced last June, and he said (roughly) “[winner] doesn’t need to play again.” But in, like, a disdainful way, as if they were obviously not going to win.
As I’m sure you all know, we love it on Podjiba when Dustin is wrong, and so obviously we had a great time pointing out how wrong he was - both on Survivor in general, and in our special Survivor-themed game, in a rare return for our once beloved (by us and nobody else) segment!
Elsewhere this week: we talked briefly about the end of The Late Show, the new AppleTV Tatiana Maslany show Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed has arrived, Tori’s still watching From and Rivals (which Dustin is catching up on, and I have been bullied into testing), and I, in my constant search for random shows nobody else is watching, inexplicably decided to talk about Scrabble on the CW (it’s hosted by Craig Ferguson!).
