After last week’s mostly nonsense episode, we actually got around to discussing some TV this week (even with Tori’s attempt to sabotage by watching only most of last week’s Survivor).
Besides our usual beat, Dustin told us why we should all watch the latest season of Nobody Wants This (and it has nothing to do with Adam Brody or Kristen Bell)! Plus, he talks about the new Hulu show Phony, his ongoing love for The Diplomat, and Tori might have managed to convince Dustin to watch VisionQuest (mostly because of his love for James Spader).
As for me, the only thing of note I had to bring was that the only Japanese dating show that makes people over 35 live in a house and sort of fix it up while maybe falling in love, aka Love Village, is back! Is it good? Maybe. But is it cheesy? Yes it is.
