Kenya Moore is gone with the wind for real this time, hold the fabulous. According to Page Six she will not be returning for season 16 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta after creating and displaying posters of newcomer Brittany Eady allegedly performing oral sex. The show was reportedly in its third week of filming at the time, and the scene was captured.

“I’m flabbergasted and floored,” cast member Drew Sidora tweeted at the time.

Moore has been on the show for 11 seasons, and while it’s been made clear that “the door is still open” to her and that she “wasn’t fired and nothing has been decided in terms of future seasons,” the writing is on the proverbial poster. Atlanta was tanking before this, and a revenge porn scandal won’t help. With everything going on legally for Bravo lately, they’ll want to wash their hands of this one.

Speaking of legality, sources say Moore “might consider her legal options because she doesn’t feel the network had her best interest at heart.” It was previously reported that she’d been indefinitely suspended by Bravo while an investigation into the incident was launched, but her reps have since said that her taking a break was a mutual decision made between her and producers.

She seemed to confirm the news with this tweet from yesterday:

Honestly, it’s amazing it took this long for Moore to twirl into the sunset, and I’m not at all surprised that she was ultimately hoisted by her own petard.
