The Secret to Tom Holland’s 'Rizz' Is That He Has 'No Rizz Whatsoever'

Tom Holland sat down with BuzzFeed Celeb on Wednesday for a video in which he answered 30 questions as quickly as possible. One of the questions was “What’s the secret to your rizz?” Derived from the more traditional “charisma,” “rizz” is defined by Urban Dictionary as “another word for spitting game.”

“I have no rizz whatsoever. I have limited rizz,” Holland answered. “My brother Paddy has ultimate rizz,” he added without elaborating further. “I don’t know, I need you to fall in love with me, really, for it to work. So, long game, probably making a movie with each other, definitely helps when the characters you’re playing are falling in love with each other, you can sort of blur the lines a little bit. That’s kind of where my rizz is at,” he explained, coyly referencing his years-long romance with Spider-Man co-star, Zendaya. “But you know, I’m locked up, so I’m happy and in love, so I’ve got no need for rizz,” he concluded.

A few questions later he was asked “Who was the last person you sent a meme to?” and answered, “Zendaya. It’s nonstop. And she sends me too much. It’s like, I can’t keep up because I delete my Instagram for days at a time. I download it to post, and then I have to check my messages, and I’ll have hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of things from her. And, uh, I try to keep up but it’s intense.” His answer to “Who was your childhood celeb crush” was, predictably, “Zendaya. Easy.”

Holland met his childhood celeb crush on the set of Spider-Man: Homecoming in 2016, and the two confirmed their relationship in 2021 after years of public speculation. Maybe it was destiny, or maybe, like his brother Paddy, Tom Holland actually does have rizz.
