Last night the world as we know it changed right before our eyes. In the wake of a victory for Net Neutrality, and a llama chase that drew the community of the world wide web together, a simple dress threatened to divide us forever into teams #GoldandWhite and #BlueandBlack
What color is that dress above? The answer is nowhere near as interesting as the responses on Twitter.
A warrior for Team Blue and Black was Mindy Project star Mindy Kaling, who employed all CAPS, name-calling and serious shade throwing as she took on B.J. Novak, Nathan Fillion and recent Oscar-winner Julianne Moore.
IT'S A BLUE AND BLACK DRESS! ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME

“@mindykaling: IT'S A BLUE AND BLACK DRESS! ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME”
White and gold.

@NathanFillion I can't live in a world where Castle thinks that dress is white and gold. How many murderers has he let go

@mindykaling @bjnovak what's the matter with u guys, it's white and gold.
— Julianne Moore (@_juliannemoore) February 27, 2015
@bjnovak @_juliannemoore w/all due respect I feel like you both just want attention (congratulations on your Oscar tho, I agree with that)

@_juliannemoore do you think your Oscar is black or gold??!?

In other mind-shattering reactions:

But let’s keep the dress in perspective:
That Nationwide kid never grew up to see what color that dress is.
