The world is dark so let’s coo over a cute baby for a while!
Two days after arriving into the world, Baby Sussex was revealed to the press in a brief photo-op. The name of said baby has not yet been announced, so there’s still time to get your bets in and hope it’s something super over-the-top.
Meghan and Harry could not hide their delight as they posed for pictures with their baby son. Meghan said: “He has the sweetest temperament, he’s really calm.” pic.twitter.com/OsW6vgRHnt— Press Association (@PA) May 8, 2019

The Queen is meeting Baby Sussex shortly but Prince Philip was actually the first member of the royal family to meet him! “We just bumped into the Duke as we were talking by, it was just so nice,” says Meghan. “It will be a nice moment to introduce the baby to the whole family.” pic.twitter.com/BKIZhSVt0f— Omid Scobie (@scobie) May 8, 2019
The Sussexes have faced a lot of criticism for not wanting to go through the same post-birth photo session the Cambridges do whenever they leave the hospital with a new kid, but seriously, can you blame them for wanting to avoid all this?

Baby Sussex is 7th in line to the throne, not the heir. You can't blame Prince Harry and Meghan Markle for wanting to avoid this. #royalbaby pic.twitter.com/ggdgR3Uip7

EDIT: And now we have a name. Meet Archie Harrison!
The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh were introduced to the newborn son of The Duke & Duchess of Sussex at Windsor Castle. Ms Doria Ragland was also present. So, they’re Riverdale fans, right? Harry likes to pay homage to a fellow ginger.
