Kim and Kroy Biermann's Messy Relationship Makes No Sense

Let’s recap 2023 in the Biermann world:

Kim and Kroy Biermann filed for divorce from each other for the first time in May. A messy custody battle of their 4 biological children commenced, Kroy accused Kim of having a gambling problem that has accrued debt and Kim in turn accused Kroy of basically just being an asshole, headlines started flying about both of their financial situations being precarious, et cetera, et cetera.

Kim then filed for the divorce to be dismissed two months later. Kroy’s lawyer confirmed the decision by saying, “Yes, parties are dismissing divorce action and reconciling.”

Then Kroy filed for divorce again in August. Kim filed a motion in September to dismiss that filing “on the grounds that they’re still having sex,” but Kroy called that a “delay tactic.” They were ordered to be civil while their kids were around while they worked with their lawyers to figure out what the hell was going on.

Well, they took that order of civility and ran with it, because they went out to dinner to celebrate their 12-year anniversary this weekend. I didn’t catch Kim’s Instagram stories in time, so I’ll link to them, but suffice it to say that it was a romantic dinner and everyone was all smiles. In one clip, she holds the camera up to Kroy on the other side of the table, who offers up his drink for a “cheers.” They then attended a concert together.

There was no official grid post to celebrate the occasion from either party, and Kim didn’t even tag Kroy. I have given up trying to make sense of their relationship and am simply enjoying the mess. Meanwhile, Kim’s adult daughters, who were adopted by Kroy, hope they’ll work it out, which makes me sad.
