Model and memoirist Emily Ratajkowski, better known as Emrata, recently took to TikTok to share her thoughts on all these young ladies getting divorced in the zeitgeist, and while she didn’t mention Sophie Turner by name …well … she’s talking to Sophie.

“Personally I find it chic to be divorced by the age of 30,” reads the caption of the video.

“So it seems that a lot of ladies are getting divorced before they turn 30, and as someone who got married at 26, has been separated for a little over a year—32—I have to tell you…I don’t think there’s anything better. Being in your twenties is the trenches. There is nothing better than being in your 30s, still being hot, maybe having a little bit of your own money, figuring out what you wanna do with your life, everything, and having tried that married fantasy and realizing that it’s maybe not all it’s cracked up to be and then you’ve got your whole life still ahead of you,” she says, wrapped up in a fluffy white comforter, wearing nothing except a giant gold pendant necklace, a very chic outfit.

“So for all of those people who are stressed or feeling stressed about that, about being divorced—it’s good. Congratulations, congratulations,” she concluded.

Ratajkowski spoke more about her feelings with Entertainment Tonight.

“I think there’s a lot of taboo around divorce and a lot of shame. I think that isn’t helpful, particularly for young women who are trying to get out of bad relationships. I want to spread a little positivity and I think that divorce, deciding to leave a relationship despite the financial hardship, despite what it’s going to mean for your kids, everything, is really brave. I want women to feel better about it.”

Looking forward to the tell-all interview with Turner on Emrata’s High Low podcast once the divorce is final!
