In the exquisite promotional push for Deadpool, there was a video bringing awareness of testicular cancer and how men could check their “smooth criminals”.
In the push for Deadpool 2, cancer awareness is once again being promoted along with the movie. This time Deadpool has teamed up with Omaze and Fuck Cancer to raise money in exchange for entries to win the pink Deadpool suit off star Ryan Reynolds’s back and sac. Fuck Cancer is a charity organization that will use the money raised to help families dealing with cancer, promote early detection education, and assists in cancer prevention. Other prizes include a custom outgoing voicemail message from Reynolds and an autographed Deadpool DVD.
