Brie Larson is seriously one of my favorite actresses. Not only does she scoff at attempts by whiny fanboys to label her as a feminist SJW bitch (honestly, what’s wrong with any of that?), but she routinely puts out media that releases positivity into the world. Now, she’s decided to join YouTube. She made this announcement with a 20-minute video on her verified channel today.
Her nervousness throughout the intro is instantly endearing and that continues with her struggle to make sure she’s recording things properly and jumping headlong into the learning curve that is YouTube publishing. Per Larson herself, she wanted to move to the platform in order to talk about activism, silly stuff, and anything she deems important to her at the time.
The introductory video then dives into short snippets with guests as Larson searches for advice on what videos to make and other information concerning the platform. One of those interactions, with Justine Ezarik, includes this adorable moment involving Nintendo Switch.

Honestly, I’m in love. Here is the full video for your viewing pleasure on this Thursday. If you like it, you can subscribe to Larson’s channel and be notified whenever she does release new content. It’s sure to be a balm for the platform renowned for housing less-than-positive creators. *cough*
I also don’t think Larson will sell off her YouTube interviews or videos if they become super popular. *cough*
HER GRANDMA AND ALSO HER MOM ARE GUESTS. I DIE.
