Alexandra Grant Shuts Down Keanu Reeves Marriage Rumors in Most Adorable Way Possible

We love Keanu Reeves and Alexandra Grant. The actor and artist were long-time friends and collaborators before getting together in 2019. They’re hot, talented, seem to adore one another, and are appealingly chill in their private and professional lives. The internet did get a bit OTT when it was first revealed that Reeves was dating an age-appropriate woman — with gorgeous grey-white hair! — but it also spoke volumes as to how beloved he is.

So, when rumours swirled last week that the pair had quietly tied the knot, everyone was delighted. But nope, it’s not true. How do we know? Because Grant told us on Instagram, but adorably so. She shared a photo of herself and Reeves kissing on the steps of the East Portal at Roden Crater in Flagstaff, Arizona, because we love a stunning backdrop to our media responses. Like I said, this is a cool celebrity couple. They’re hot, interesting, super into one another, and seem like a good hang. It’s baffling to me that they have weird tinhatter conspiracists who think she’s some sort of evil hag who’s keeping Keanu prisoner. How odd that this rambling delusion is so commonplace regarding the women who date famous men, right? Seriously, I’ve gotten some super gross and intense emails and messages from these haters and it is wild. So, I’m glad that Alexandra and Keanu are unbothered and thriving. The only thing that would make this better is if Alex Winter did a rad air guitar shred on the side.
