With a new season of Netflix’s Bojack Horseman upon us, I’m here for two things: Deep existential crises with a shocking amount of emotional depth for a cartoon show about a talking horse, and some of the best background gags in any TV show ever. There are hundreds, maybe thousands of throwaway jokes, callbacks, and puns peppered into the frames of this show, and these are some of my personal favorites.
