The Women of 'Cruel Intentions' Just Showed Us What 'Breaking the Internet' Actually Means
The term “breaking the internet” gets thrown around a lot, but I think it may have actually finally happened. Or maybe that was just my brain. Something has definitely broken. Because some of the most important women in my young life— second or third only to the girls of The Craft and Neve Campbell’s Scream feather bangs (oh, and I suppose my own mother and most inspirational teachers and, you know, real people)— reunited this weekend and it was glorious.
Yes, the women of Cruel Intentions gathered together, and if you have trouble recognizing that as a reunion and not a behind the scenes throw back shot, that’s not on you. These are all ageless magic creatures.
They gathered for the best purpose possible: a night out at the Cruel Intentions musical.
No, just kidding. The BEST purpose imaginable is to recreate the moment that awakened many a 90s kid’s hearts and pants areas. The moment made of funny feelings and confusing tingles.
