“The greatest gift is a passion for reading. It is cheap, it consoles, it distracts, it excites, it gives you knowledge of the world and experience of a wide kind. It is a moral illumination.” Elizabeth Hardwick

Yay for reading! Now I just need to get my next two reviews up...WOMP WOMP.

You give hope.

More yay for reading! I'm not participating because I suck at writing timely reviews (though maybe I'd be better now that I own a computer). Good luck to everyone! And I suggest Summer of Night by Dan Simmons. I'm almost done and it's creepy as all hell.

Whoops! That links to my mostly-used-for-rambling blog instead of my CBRIII blog. Here you go, friends:

Of course, on the Quarter plan, I've only put up one book. Onwards and upwards and into the breach!

OK, so no one thinks Patty is crazy, I updated the link, so it now takes you to her CBR blog, not her non-CBR-blog. -TU

Posted by: denesteak at February 7, 2011 12:06 PM

Yes, Tamatha, you are doing a fanfuckingtastic job of everything!

Posted by: staceygarrett at February 7, 2011 12:59 PM

Go, Tamatha! You are doing a fantastic job of keeping CBR-III (and all of us) organized. Cheers!

Posted by: prairiegirl at February 7, 2011 1:09 PM

Aw, thanks!

Go forth and conquer, all.

Posted by: Sara H at February 7, 2011 8:37 PM

Tamatha, I think you have a lovely name, but if you listen carefully to the movie, Dr. Hferrarar spelled it with two U's ....U-U-M-E-L-M-A-H-A-Y-E.

Who can name that movie??? Should be easy, for this crowd ....

And two L's too. -TU

I'll add my very loud thanks to Tamatha for working so hard on this.

Posted by: Figgy at February 7, 2011 11:53 PM

Tams is the bomb dizziggity. CBR-III has been pretty schweet so far, and my reading list has grown much longer in the last month.

Also, she is my favorite "Top Chef" fan and an all-around stellar chica.

MADD PROPZ TO THE TAMATHA!!!

Posted by: Jelinas at February 8, 2011 3:49 AM

(HandyMan, that would be "The Man With Two Brains")

Thanks Tamatha for being awesome, although good luck convincing people I'm not crazy...

Posted by: Patty O'Green at February 8, 2011 9:43 AM

yes another big THANK YOU to Tamatha. And I love the CBR; my reading list has easily doubled. So many books, so little time.

Posted by: Even Stevens at February 8, 2011 3:18 PM

and, because I'm a total nerd, I kind of love that I'm number 42 on the list. After all, 42 is the answer to the ultimate question of life, the universe and everything.

Posted by: Even Stevens at February 8, 2011 3:20 PM

Damn you Even Stevens! I was 2 off! But if it had to go to anyone, I'm glad 42 went to someone who appreciates it.

Thanks for doing such a kick-ass job, Tamatha!
