This Sunday night, if you tune into “The Simpsons” (people still do that, right?) you will be treated to a intro sequence unlike any other “The Simpsons” intro sequence. It’s a “Breaking Bad” opening, and it is full of meth-y, crystal blue goodness. In fact, watch it here, then you won’t need to watch “The Simpsons,” unless you just feel like it, although I think the entire episode may be “BB” themed, in which case, you better watch it because wouldn’t you be embarassed if you showed up to work on Monday morning and everyone was like, “Hey! Did you see that ‘Breaking Bad’ episode of ‘The Simpsons?’” and you’d be like, “Oh, sh*t. I totally missed that. I love ‘Breaking Bad.’” And then they’d be like, “Never seen it. It’s got that guy from ‘Malcolm in the Middle’ in it, right?” And then you’d nod your head, walk away, and think, “Damn, what a waste.”
And here we are.
