Marcel the Shell With Shoes On, if you’re not familiar, is the creation of Jenny Slate and Dean Fleischer-Camp, and is the most adorable thing to ever grace the internet. The stop-motion shell has a book coming out this week, and a new YouTube installment to go with it.

Here we get to see Marcel out in the world, after he got locked out of his home while going after a stray grape. (It’s happened to the best of us.) We learn a lot of new things about Marcel here, like his feelings on shrimp (“the idiots of the sea”), the effects of sneezing on a tiny shell, and his daily motto (“Life’s a party, rock your body”).
