Russell Brand Calls Sean Hannity a Ken Doll and a Terrorist; Nobody Argues

I’m not sure I can get behind Russell Brand: Political Analyst, but in his latest “The Trews” (true news) video, he does make some valid points. And unfortunately, since there are still those who subscribe to the Fox News model and Hannity’s one-sided, attack-mode style of Q & A, I suppose it’s possible a stray person or two will be swayed away from the madness. But what I find best about Brand’s approach to the issue is his calm simplicity. His light-hearted, reasonable manner is just the right antithesis to Hannity’s frothing-at-the-mouth rabidity.

Perhaps to some, Brand’s chuckling and insults aren’t conducive to taking on a serious issue, sometimes the Fox News ridiculousness is such that all there is left to do is point and laugh. Good on you, Russell.

Update: Hannity responded thusly:

“Russell, if you’re watching, which I know you are, take a close look at the TV so I can educate you because you’re kind of dumb and ignorant.”

So, there!
