Now THIS is How You Prank People

These days when I hear the word ‘prank’ I instantly get a bad taste in my mouth. Somewhere along the way, thanks to the pressures to create ever more extreme content that the nature of the internet engenders, the gallery of the most popular ‘prank’ videos became littered with horrible, mean, dehumanising experiments in human misery. Many of them sharted out by some tw*t with the surname Paul.

Pranks shouldn’t be like that, man. Pranks should be fun and whimsical, with the prank ‘victim’ very much brought in on the joke by the end of it. The prank process should be:
Surprise -> Confusion -> Delight, not Surprise -> Violence -> Trauma. That’s why I’m always really grateful and happy whenever I see a video of someone doing a prank the way it’s supposed to be done. My latest favourite? YouTube KyleLEVO, who uploaded this video a few years back, and which I am only just seeing but which had me grinning from ear to ear the whole way through. This right here, this is good sh*t:
