Gordon Keith's Disastrously Awkward Interview with Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell

You folks outside of Dallas may recall Gordon Keith as the guy who turned on Zach Galifianakis and hilariously, awkwardly interviewed him Between Two Ferns style last year in what was perhaps the best junket interview I’d ever seen.

Apparently, Keith is a local radio hero out in Dallas, and he’s infamous for his … strange interviewing styles. His recent interview with Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell, who are promoting Hit & Run, is another brilliant example, though I am told that both actors have interviewed with Gordon before, so they’re likely just playing along. It doesn’t lessen the awkward greatness, however, nor does it take anything away from Kristen Bell’s ability to put her leg behind her head (see header image; see also YES!).

How is it that Gordon Keith is not yet a national hero? Where’s his Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame? Why wasn’t he named the co-host of “Live with Kelly”?

Hat Tip to Col. Kickass for salvaging a slow news day. (He also pointed me toward Gordon’s great interview with Will Ferrell earlier this year, as well). You can also find more of his interviews here.
